We will also provide patient-facing scorecards to assist with the CMS-mandated Choice process.  These scorecards quite simply provide patients with color-coded quality information that is critical for patients when deciding which vendor is best for them and their families.  The Scorecards can be produced using general quality performance or with diagnosis-specific outcomes such as COPD.
